We are so pleased to announce our first ever residency at Bara!
For three nights, Roo and Luke will be taking over the kitchen, combining Roo's experimental Indian cooking with Luke's Mediterranean food.
Roo (head chef of @firangidining) and Luke (one half of @_thefill_ and chef @theshastonarms), have been working on a cracker of a menu to kick things off; think curried cockles on potato bread, masala rarebit, and smoked lamb chops with a spiced sauce vierge. Of course, there will be a few lovely Welsh ingredients thrown in for good measure! You won’t want to miss it.
